I work from a private home studio in Reading. The full address is sent to you once your booking is confirmed — it's a home, so I keep it off the internet. There's free parking nearby.

Yes, if it's your first set with me. It takes five minutes and has to be done at least 48 hours before your appointment. It's not optional — adhesive reactions are rare but real, and this is how we avoid one.

A full set takes around two to two and a half hours depending on the style. Infills are usually an hour to an hour and a half. Mega volume takes longer.

Every two to three weeks for most people. Your natural lashes shed on their own cycle, so infills replace what's grown out. Leave it longer than three weeks and you'll usually need a new full set.

If you're not sure, book classic or hybrid and we'll talk it through at your appointment. Classic gives a natural, mascara-like finish. Hybrid adds texture. Volume and mega volume are fuller and more dramatic. Your eye shape and how strong your natural lashes are both matter more than the name of the style.

Keep them dry for the first 24 hours, cleanse them daily after that with a lash-safe foam, brush them through in the morning, and don't use oil-based products near your eyes. Never pick or pull them — you'll take your natural lashes with them. Full aftercare comes with your appointment.

A deposit secures your appointment and comes off your total on the day. Please give at least 48 hours' notice to move or cancel, otherwise the deposit is kept — as a solo studio, a late cancellation is a slot nobody else could book.
